A Minute to Say "Thanks"

I'm so behind on my blog lately that it feels like I'll never catch up with all that has happened in the past couple of weeks. But I thought it was important to take a quick second to say a big "thank you" to all of the men and women who keep our country safe and free.

It is because of you that we can enjoy a holiday like today in the sunshine and cooking out with friends and family. The United States is the home of the free because of the brave. Your sacrifices, and the sacrifices of your families, do not go unnoticed.

I hope to get caught up soon, but remember today to thank the heroes who serve and have served our country to protect our freedom!
