Because Brian and I did our V-Day celebrating a week early in New York, we decided to have a low-key night in on the actual Day of Love. I made dinner (while Brian watched NASCAR...I'll never understand...), and then we had fondue!
I also made Brian stuffed cupcakes (the icing went down into the middle!) from a kit my mom got me for V-Day (along with an adorable cupcake apron, which will necessitate much more time in the kitchen!)
This was Brian's first trip home since the BIG snow, and he was shocked at the mountains that have taken over our parking lots! It was fun for a while, but now it's just icky and totally inconvenient! Someone told me there's a rumor we're getting 20 more inches on Monday. I think we have quite enough snow already, thank you very much.
This weekend, I am headed back to New York to get dressed up and celebrate 100 days until Brian's graduation! (He would tell you that it's actually closer to 92, but who's counting?!)

Stuffed cupcakes?! What?! Those sound too fun! Tell me about how to make them immediately!!!
oh yes, fun weekend ;)
You did a great job on the cupcakes!! They're so cute :-)
I can't wait to read about the 100 Days celebration!! I'm sure it will be amazing.
Your cupcakes are adorable.
And I second the snow comments. There is NO WHERE to park in the city I go to school in. Love to ski in it, hate to park in snowbanks half way in the road.
Happy Weekend to you! : )
Love the cupcakes!
